– Best Natural Destination South America 2018 “South America’s Leading Nature Destination 2018”
– Best Cruise Destination rivers in South America 2018 “South America’s Leading River Cruise Destination 2018”
– Best travel destination for young people in South America 2018 “South America’s Leading Youth Travel Destination 2018”
– Best tourist attraction in South America (Salar de Uyuni) “South America’s Leading Tourist Attraction 2018”
The city of La Paz received three other nominations:

-Best Destination Festivals and Events in South America 2018, South America’s Leading Festival & Event Destination 2018
– Best Romantic Destination South America "South America's Most Romantic Destination 2018"
Bolivia currently has two titles: Best Cultural Destination in South America 2017, delivered in September in Mexico, and the Best Cultural Destination World 2017, delivered in December in Vietnam.
